We’d happily come back. The area has well-priced shopping, lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and a metro stop across the way that goes straight to central Madrid. There’s also a small amusement park opposite. We stayed five nights, and the room looked just like the photos. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though the sofa bed was less so for the third adult. Getting in was easy: we filled in a form and got the codes for both doors as soon as registration was done. The WiFi was strong enough for all three of us to work on our computers without communication problems.

The price seemed fair, and the metro is only about 200 meters away. We had a good stay in a modern, clean and tidy apartment with a kitchen and an accessible bathroom.

Everything was spotless, and the bed was comfortable with several pillows in different firmnesses. The room had its own bathroom, plus a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, coffee capsules and tea. There was air conditioning too. Check-in went smoothly with the information sent after booking.

I'm speaking as a neighbor, not someone who stayed in the apartments, and the guests' behavior has been awful. They leave garbage bags right outside the door, and sometimes dump them in the bin across the street instead of using the proper trash cans. I've attached a photo, and this isn't the first time it's happened. I've already reported it and am asking for this to stop. If it keeps happening, we'll eventually have to take more drastic measures.
