Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Madrid Suites

The building is gorgeous, and our apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. There were lots of amenities, and the location was great. Booking direct came with a welcome breakfast pack and free headphones, a lovely touch. We felt safe and secure, and the friendly, helpful staff made the stay even better. Ruslana was especially smiley and welcoming. The roof terrace was nice too. Such a wonderful stay, we'd definitely return!

Ruslana at the front desk was the first person to greet us in Madrid, and she was so friendly and helpful. We loved the central location, with restaurants, cafes, nightlife and metro stations close by. We mostly walked, then caught a cab to the train station on our last day. The street can be noisy, so earplugs help. The air conditioning and windows were enough when needed, though a floor or ceiling fan would've helped circulate air and provide some white noise. The drying machine didn't leave our clothes dry, so we hung them by the sunny window instead. Five stars from us, and we'd happily stay again.

Salvador happened to be working the desk when we checked in, and he made us feel welcome right away. While we waited for our room, he suggested a yummy place to eat and gave us great ideas for things to do in Madrid and nearby towns. We're so glad we chose the Eric Vökel Madrid Suites.

Roslana and Salvador were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help. The apartment was comfortable and well maintained, and the location was perfect. I stayed at Eric Vökel for six nights, and this was my second visit. Everything was excellent, and I'll definitely choose Eric Vökel again. Highly recommended!
