I loved having a balcony room, though anyone bothered by street noise should choose a room facing inward. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel Europa is perfectly placed for exploring Madrid, and the staff were excellent across the board, from the front desk and concierges to the cleaning crew and managers. They were always available to help with things like directions and taxis. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant.

Our General Manager stayed in Room 424 from February 1-8 and was very satisfied. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location was extremely convenient. Everyone, from reception through to the restaurant, was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional, with a real focus on guest satisfaction. Thanks to the whole Hotel Europa Madrid team for the lovely hospitality. Highly recommended.

The busy streets stay full of people throughout the day, and you can hear them through the windows, though that's not the hotel's fault. The bathroom has a frosted sliding glass door, which might bother some people sharing a room. Otherwise, it's a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, and the price felt right for what you get. The staff were consistently pleasant and accommodating.

The café and bar on the ground floor were handy, with tasty food at very reasonable prices for a city-centre hotel. Breakfast was very good and offered a nice choice. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and made us feel welcome throughout. It's a wonderful hotel in a great central location, and I'd definitely stay again.

The location is ideal, and the staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful with all our questions. We could hear some noise from outside late at night, but that's busy city life in Spain, where bars and restaurants stay open until 02:00. I'd happily stay there again.
