Spacious, lovely apartments in a great spot.

It was just as shown in the pictures and in a good location, but the setup was awkward for us with a child. The elevator stops between floors, so we had to carry the stroller on the stairs. We had the same hassle with our luggage, and nobody told us when we needed to leave or offered a place to store our bags. Those two things really soured the experience.

The apartment looked much better in the photos than it did in person. It smelled musty when we arrived, and the shower had lots of marks that we suspected were serious mold. The ventilation only worked while the light was on, so humidity stayed in the bathroom. Towels were dirty and stained, and even after new ones were brought, one was still stained and only one was clean. There were also stains on the cushions, sofa and armchair, including some that looked like semen. Our socks got extremely dirty after walking around briefly, and we were reluctant to sit on the sofa. Several items were worn or damaged: the curtain hung down and wouldn’t close, a kitchen cabinet door seemed to be missing, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the front door doorknob came loose in our hand. After we complained, they said they’d deal with things at 11 the next morning, but we saw little improvement. Shortly before 7 pm on the second day, they called again and wanted to send someone in ten minutes to make repairs. We didn’t want to spend our evening watching work that should have been done before we arrived, so asked them to wait until we’d left. For a dirty-looking apartment with defects, musty smell and dirty towels, they offered just a 10% discount as compensation. I feel completely ripped off. The problems badly marred our stay. Even though it looks beautiful in the pictures, I’d never book it again and would strongly advise all my friends against it.

There’s a terrace, the apartment is comfortable, and you can reach it by elevator. It’s in a lively area and well located. In the kitchen, though, there weren’t enough dish towels and the cabinets were much too high. I’d still recommend the rental.
