Gran Via Suites III

The locations are great, but the WiFi kept cutting out and there’s no A/C. What really did it for me was the charger I left behind. I emailed to ask them to check for it and hold it so I could collect it later. They first said they’d found it, then later said that was wrong. I won’t stay with them again.

A roomy, very good apartment in a good location. It worked well for our family.

Everything was good.

We liked having what felt like a whole apartment for the price, and the location was handy for Gran Vía, the city center, and a nearby metro. Two bathrooms were a real plus, and the kitchen even had things like oil and coffee. But the condition and cleanliness let it down: the floors, walls, and furniture were worn, there were damp marks in the bathroom, and we found hair in the shower tray. The beds weren’t comfortable either. On Saturday night, with our window facing the street, people arguing and other noise kept us awake all night. We didn’t sleep at all during our two-night weekend at Slow Suites CHUECA.
