The room had plenty of space for us and was very clean. The balconies were a real bonus, and the rooftop pool and area were nice too. The room colors and interior gave it a positive feel, and the WiFi was easy to connect to and worked well. The location is excellent, with the tourist bus stop right in front of the hotel. Staff on every shift were super friendly and helped us perfectly. Recommended. I think we’ll look for smart rental in other cities for future stays.

Traveling with little children was lovely here, with the main tourist attractions close by. Whenever we needed help, the team sorted it out straight away and with a smile. Everything was clean, updated, and practical. Our room had an outdoor bath, and the kids were over the moon to have a hot bath outside in the middle of winter. We made lots of great memories.

We spent time on the roof terrace in the mornings, enjoying the beautiful views and a quiet read. The pool was small but ideal for a quick dip, and the little terrace shower was handy. We also noticed the toilets, rooms, and roof terrace were all accessible and mobility friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh. When we broke a glass at night, someone came up right away and made sure it was cleared so nobody would hurt their feet. During our October visit, I had a separate bedroom while my teenager slept comfortably on the bedsettee in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, including a large fridge/freezer, mini dishwasher, and washing machine. Neither TV worked. The WiFi was very good, so we managed fine. I asked about getting the TV fixed, but didn’t follow up. The hotel is very central, with markets, galleries, parks, shops, and supermarkets all within a 5-20 minute walk. Staff, from servers and maids to front of house, were friendly and patient with our poor Spanish. They spoke English when we wanted or needed it.

The staff made the stay special, always welcoming and ready to help. Miguel deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, and always smiling. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thanks to Miguel and the whole team for taking such good care of me. I’ll definitely return.
