Hotel JC Rooms Chueca

We really appreciated how welcoming everyone was at JC Hotel in Chueca. Juan Carlos helped us at check-in, shared useful information about the area, and surprised us with an upgraded room. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The hotel is right in the heart of Chueca, with cafés, restaurants, nightlife, and metro access just steps away, which made exploring Madrid easy. Our room was comfortable, modern, and beautifully maintained. The jacuzzi wasn’t working perfectly, but they told us upfront at check-in, and with the room upgrade we were more than happy. We’d definitely stay again and recommend JC Hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

Kristina was especially friendly and helpful. She helped us with everything and even shared safety tips for tourists, which felt very thoughtful. The other staff were friendly too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with private bathrooms. The location was handy for just about everything: Sol is a five-minute walk away, and Gran Via is three minutes on foot, with a direct blue line, line 1, taking about ten minutes to Atocha train station. The price was really good for this location. Breakfast is available, though it’s served outside the hotel. It was good, but nothing amazing, and you could try more interesting local options instead.

David at the front desk was a big help. He even weighed my luggage and gave me packing advice. The check-in service was super helpful, too. They can store your bags for a small fee before check-in, which is handy if you’re visiting different cities. As a solo traveler, I had enough room, plus a lovely balcony with an amazing view. The hotel is in a part of Madrid where everything is close by. My only suggestion would be to have the hallway lights turn on as soon as you step out of your room. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Our room, BARBADOS, is lovely for the two of us. The bathroom is small, but the shower is small and lovely too. They provide gels, soaps, and toothbrush sets. The air-conditioning is excellent, especially with it being 35 degrees today. It’s extremely close to Gran Via, and the reception guy was great and very professional. Good quality for an excellent price. I can’t fault the place and highly recommend it to visitors to Madrid.
