The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was spacious with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. It was clean and welcoming throughout. They can clean the room and change the towels daily if you want. The hotel sits close to the metro, shops, bars, and restaurants, right in central madrid. Perfect, really.

We picked this place for its affordable price and central location, and had a good stay. The rooms are small, but clean and covered most of what we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, going well beyond what they had to do. They even surprised us with a little bottle of champagne on our last night.

The rooms were clean and bright, and the building felt secure. There’s a lift to the fourth floor, and the location is excellent, between two stations on the busy Gran via shopping street. Street noise wasn’t a problem for me. What really bothered me was how one staff member handled our return to the room. I’d booked for one person, and when my friend and I came back early in the morning to use the bathroom and rest before going out again, a female staff member knocked and aggressively told my friend to leave. She repeated it two minutes later while we were getting ready to go. I understood the single occupancy rule and was willing to follow it, but her assumption and confrontational manner felt unprofessional. The situation could have been managed much better. The no-guest rule should also be clearly posted.

It’s right in the city center, with easy transport connections. The staff were friendly and quick to help with any problems. I’d stay here again on my next trip to Madrid.
