Getting to the attractions from here is easy. The staff were really friendly, and I loved their clever fix for the language barrier, an instant translation app. Loved the staff.

It’s in a good location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place could use some renovation.

The location is excellent, right on Madrid’s main shopping street, with a view of Gran Via from my room and the metro station directly across the street. The staff were professional and friendly, and helped out in emergencies. My room was maintained well enough, but I felt the cleaning could be better. I noticed dust on the curtains and bed covers.
