Three months later, I still haven’t received my refund. I’d booked two nights, but room 1 had black mold on the bathroom ceiling and water on the floor. When I called, they said they already knew about the problem and had no other room available. They offered to move me the next day, but expected me to stay in that room in the meantime. I didn’t think it should have been offered in that condition at all. I contacted the booking platform, which offered us another option, so we went elsewhere.

It was an OK place for travelling with friends or on your own. My room was a bit noisy: I could hear people coming and going, as well as machines running in the light well. Even so, I thought the hostel was good.

Clean and comfortable, with a quiet room, air conditioning, a lift, and a great shower. It’s close to the centre, and the bar next door was just right for coffee and breakfast in the morning. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room is small, but the bed is big enough. It’s fine for a night or two, with the city centre and a metro entrance nearby. The Lion King theatre is close too.

Spotlessly clean and right in the middle of everything, with budget-friendly prices. We’ll be back, and I’d definitely recommend it.
