Santiago, Antonio, and Jean Paul were especially attentive and helpful, and they always remembered our names. The cleaning staff were lovely too, leaving our rooms spotless and well put together. Hotel Fénix was probably the most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed in, and the service was impeccable. We had such a lovely honeymoon here, and can’t wait to return to Madrid just to stay again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it feel so perfect.

Don’t miss the breakfast, it was amazing! The room was beautiful, and the turn-down service was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to Madrid and stay here again. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and attentive to what we needed.

The location was a real plus, in a great shopping district with the sights and bus stops close by. The staff were pleasant and attentive throughout our stay, and even surprised us with a welcome gift. We had an excellent stay.

The terrace outside is phenomenal, and the staff are very well prepared and make your stay unforgettable. It’s a beautiful, striking, emblematic hotel right in the heart of Madrid, with plenty of rooms to relax in and bars for a drink and a chance to meet people. If you can afford it, go for it. It’s worth the price.
