I wouldn't recommend this for families. The neighborhood seemed old and not especially family-friendly, and the apartment felt quite far from the city center. Space was a problem: both bedrooms were too small for two people to be comfortable, and the living room was small too, with the kitchen in it. The AC kept switching itself off under its automated energy-saving system. At night the room got hot enough to wake us, and our sleep suffered. We had booked for six but were given just two towels. Even after showing proof of the booking and guest count, we were told staff had finished their shift and we'd have to wait until the next day for more. We were leaving that morning, so that wasn't helpful. Customer service and housekeeping weren't useful, either. Check-in was more complicated than it needed to be. They also require a €300 card authorization for the security deposit, more than six times the price of our one-night stay, which felt excessive. After sending many requests, they extended checkout by only an hour.
