The people living here became my family during my year at Micasainn in Madrid. If you're new to the city, it's a great place to live, with costs, location, and facilities that work well for students. The staff looked after me and helped with anything I needed. I'd happily return and highly recommend it! ❣️

The room was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong with it. I had no hot water for the first two weeks. As for the deposit, they DO NOT return it. It's been two months, and I'm pretty sure they've blocked my phone.

It's been four months since I stayed, and I still have neither my deposit back nor any information about it. They block your number so you can't call, then blame an external company for processing the refund. The owner seems like a sad person who can't make money without scamming students who already have none. Really stay away from them, there are so many better options in Madrid.

They took two weeks to send someone when the hot water broke, and when the WiFi stopped working, nobody replied to my emails. This real estate company seems focused on making as much money as possible instead of giving you a good experience. The rent is far too high for what you get, especially when standard rent in the city is 200 euros less. Don't waste your time or money on this accommodation.

I'm a student from the Netherlands, and living with Mi Casa Inn has been a great experience. The rooms are great, the employees are helpful and really nice, and meeting people from different countries makes it even better. I'd recommend Mi Casa Inn to any student!
