Room 102 was quite large and worked well for one night, and the location was fantastic. Unfortunately, it was near the lift, so I could hear it every time it was used.

There are plenty of nearby places for food and tapas, and the hotel is convenient for both Museo del Prado and Plaza del Sol. The rooms are stylish, crisp, and clean.

The location was good, and breakfast was satisfactory. But the room we were assigned felt like a maid’s room, especially because of its cramped space, small bathroom, and poor view straight onto an internal metal staircase. For the quality we got, particularly in the room, the price didn’t feel justified.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I appreciated having USB-A slots as well as a wall outlet. It’s in a good location for bodegas and shops, and only a short walk from Museo del Prado.

The bed was excellent, and the room and shower were good too. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the reception team was great. The hotel is also ideally placed for museums, historic sites, and really good restaurants.
