The hotel is well maintained, wheelchair friendly, and takes both cards and cash. Bolt or Uber can get you there, though access by bus and Metro is a bit limited. They offer airport pickup and drop-off, and nearby hotels use the same service from the Bus Hotel stop at the airport terminal. The room had heating and cooling, a minibar, TV, and bed. In the bathroom there was a bathtub, hot and cold water, bidet, towels, hand wash, body wash, a hair dryer, and a call-in service. There’s also an attached bar and restaurant. It was a great experience overall.

A perfect place to stay before a flight, close to Madrid airport. The staff were lovely and helpful, and spoke perfect English. They even run a free shuttle to the airport every hour.

I was in town for work and FITUR, and the transfer between the hotel and the venue meant we didn’t have to worry about getting to work. The room was spacious, great, and very comfortable. It even had a bathtub where I could unwind after a long day.

The room and bed were a good size, and the hotel was arranged very nicely. Noise protection could perhaps be better, though in the end it didn’t really bother us. We gave the service three stars because the airport shuttle was a bad experience. It’s a small van running only once an hour, so there wasn’t room for us around our departure time. For an airport hotel, we find that unacceptable.

It was uncomfortable the whole time. My room was boiling hot, and nobody answered when I called for help. There was also so much noise in the hallway that it sounded like an all-night conference. I had to pay 50 euro in total for a hotel to and from the hotel. I don’t recommend it at all.
