The location is very central, though the entrance is hidden enough that it’s hard to spot. I didn’t stay overnight, but spent some time in the small reception area after eventually getting inside, since the automatic door wasn’t working. The toilet light was hard to find, and everything I saw or tried felt hurried and in need of maintenance or an overhaul. Forget parking, or even trying to get nearby by car.

We ran into a room issue when checking in, and the staff were happy to help us sort it out. We had a terrific stay in Madrid, and loved being close to great restaurants and shopping.

We were very pleased with the whole stay. The hotel is in a perfect spot on the corner of Plaza del Carmen, within walking distance of puerta del sol and la gran via. Monica at the front desk was especially friendly and made things much easier by helping us with directions and information for getting around. She and the other girl in the lobby were wonderful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend 👌🙂

The staff and cleanliness were perfect. It’s a great spot on a lovely plaza, with nice bars, shops, and restaurants all around no matter which way you head.

Finding one room that could fit our family of four in Madrid was a challenge, but this hotel worked perfectly for us. They’d even left toys and candy for our girls when we arrived. The location is perfect too, with most major sights an easy walk away.
