The rooms are really big, and the temperature was good. There was a kitchen in our room, but no plates, so it was kind of useless. We got just one tea bag per person, though there were free drinks. There was a lot of noise in the room, almost as if the other guests were in there with us. The service was very good. The elevator was broken, so they offered to bring our bags up and gave us free breakfast. The woman was friendly and knew English. 👍(ᵔᗜᵔ) 🛗 🥐 🍸

The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location at Central Palace Madrid is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The only thing missing is breakfast. I had a really good stay and would definitely come back.

The room was clean, cute, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff I met were super friendly and helpful. This is the cutest hotel right in the heart of Madrid center, with the area buzzing with nearby cafes, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommended!

Walk straight out to the Royal palace, and the plaza and la Latina are walkable too. The rooms are immaculate, the service is excellent, and the views and location are the best. Best place to stay in Madrid.

A lovely one-night stay opposite the palace. The location was great, and the room and bed were lovely. A couple of easy fixes: the curtains and net curtains should be on separate poles, and the shower water needs to drain properly instead of missing the drain.
