Really nice staff, a good breakfast, spacious rooms and an outdoor terrace area. The location is great too. The room floor squeaked so badly it needs replacing, and the bathroom could use an update. The bedding also had marks that looked permanent.

For the price of a night, it wasn’t very good. There was barely any information. We happened to run into the cleaner, who let us in; otherwise, we’d have had to wait for someone to bring the keys. There were no instructions for where to leave them when we checked out. The photos make it look like you get a bathroom, but it’s shared.

There’s no reception open around the clock, which makes the welcome feel a bit strange.

The location is nice, but ants all over the bed and floor ruined the stay. I found them after taking off the sheet, and the bed was stained too. 🐜🐜

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to bernabeu stadium.
