For the price, I’d recommend it if you’re looking around this area. My room was roomy, with a big bed and a kitchen, and both the staff and the place were clean, modern, and friendly. The area nearby isn’t Madrid at its best, especially on a few stretches toward the metro, though it wasn’t too bad overall. One thing I didn’t love was using a door code sent by email or message. I kept worrying I’d lock myself out or forget something. I was only there for two nights.

Hi, I’m hoping to book a stay for an upcoming trip and have a couple of check-in questions. If I get to the apartment around 10 or 11 in the morning, will anyone be at the front desk? And if I can’t check in early, where could I leave my luggage?

The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. A great pick for a lively stay right in the city centre.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. The check-in was painfully long, and they collected data without having a way to prevent or resolve errors in mind. If you don’t have a Spanish number or you’re booking at the last minute, don’t book here. I’ve had hostels rated 2 stars show more hospitality and make a real effort to accommodate guests. The customer service was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Stick to real estate, YOU SUCK AT HOSPITALITY. As I write this, he still hasn’t sent the codes on WhatsApp, even though he said he would.
