At more than €200 a night, I expected much better service and care. Nothing was cleaned during our stay, even though the house rules said rooms should be cleaned daily. Towels were changed every three days, but we had to ask for a missing towel on the first day. There wasn't a sign to request cleaning, so we followed the written rules. I contacted the accommodation on day three and got no reply. They really need to improve this. Our ground-floor room was noisy from both nearby rooms and people passing on the street. Raising the blinds meant giving up privacy, so we couldn't get natural light without being exposed. It was adequately clean, but had a musty smell.

Getting to central Madrid and its most beautiful neighborhoods was easy from this location. The rooms are laid out well and cleaned daily. I liked the combination of technology and calm, and would recommend it at any time of year.

Getting in was easy with a door code, and the place was really clean. The cleaning lady was friendly and attentive. Complimentary coffee was a nice extra. I loved my stay and would definitely come back.

Everything was impeccable, from the warm service to the very clean, comfortable space. I was delighted by all the little details. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and I'd recommend it without hesitation!
