The Walt Madrid

The hotel’s location is amazing, and the staff were extremely helpful. I stayed two nights on a business trip, and the only room left was a family room. It was very spacious, modern, and up to date, with lots and lots of power outlets. The night shift receptionist, whose name I’m sorry I don’t know, was wonderful and always ready to answer my questions. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The room was on the small side, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and spacious. We booked a room with a large balcony, though it faced the neighboring building. I gave it four out of five because breakfast was basic. We ate there once, since nearby restaurants were cheaper and had more variety, and there’s also a Starbucks around the corner. There’s one elevator, and it’s small and slow. We’ll definitely come back.

Right off Gran Via, the hotel was very quiet, a welcome break in the middle of a hectic trip. It’s modern and up to date, with updated rooms, great showers, and plenty of outlets and places to charge phones. The air conditioning was better than in most hotels in Spain. Downstairs there’s a cute restaurant and bar, and the staff were tremendously helpful and unbelievably nice. I’d recommend The Walt to anybody.

The location at The Walt is incredible, and the staff have been so helpful during our four-night stay. We had an issue with our room, and Camilo went above and beyond to help my wife and me. Thanks for saving the day and making our Madrid trip great, Camilo!
