The staff were super friendly, and my upgraded corner room was clean, bright, modern, and lovely. I received the upgrade with my Titanium status on my first stay since the property became a Westin. There’s a subway station on the hotel’s corner, making it easy to get around town. I chose the breakfast buffet instead of the 1000 points, and you won’t regret choosing it. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful.

Isabel at the concierge gave me marvelous recommendations, and Almudena, Jimmy, and the gentleman who checked me out at the front desk all deserve special thanks. The breakfast was amazing, and so were the breakfast staff. Check-in was quick, easy, and very professional. The lobby is large, elegant, and well decorated. The rooms were very nice, especially the magnificent rain shower. It’s an amazing hotel, just what I expected from a Westin in the Marriott group. Excelente trabajo.

The room and location were great, and the hotel kindly upgraded me as a loyal Marriott member. It was a reasonable winter rate, around €250 per night per room. The downside is the busy roundabout in the city center: there was so much traffic and honking in the morning that it woke me early.

We had a king suite with separate living and bedroom areas. It was clean and comfortable for three people. The hotel’s quality was what I’d expect from a Westin, high compared with a regular Marriott. It’s in a business district, about a ten-minute taxi ride to the tourist areas, costing roughly 12 to 15 Euros. Good value, professional staff, and I’d stay again.

The bar and restaurant were a real highlight: everyone welcomed us warmly, the atmosphere was lively, and the food was really good. What sets this hotel apart is its team. Nice walls are easy to find, but that kind of service and attitude takes real work from the staff and management. One of my best hotel experiences in quite a while.
