We had a recently renovated room overlooking the pool, and it was beautiful and quiet. Everyone was kind and helpful. We love starting the day with breakfast at the Wellington and ending it with a drink at the bar. The location is excellent, right by El Retiro Park and just a couple of blocks from Serrano streets, in the middle of Salamanca. There are lovely shops all around, plus excellent restaurants and museums in our favorite part of Madrid.

Carlos and Christian really made us feel looked after, with service that went above and beyond. The bar has a wonderful atmosphere and a great selection. We also found the price very reasonable for this level of hotel, and the location is phenomenal, close enough to walk to key attractions, restaurants, bars, and fashion stores. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

The room was comfortable and cozy, the service impeccable, and the location perfect. My wife and I spent four lovely nights at the Wellington Hotel in Madrid while we were moving between flats, an important transition for us. We’re settled now, but if we needed a place again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend. Thank you very much.
