Apartamento Picasso Balcony

Right in the middle of the Old Town, this was a great apartment choice for me. It was stylishly decorated and had everything I needed. Comfortable for relaxing, but also handy if you just want to lock up and go.

The apartments were spacious, modern, and right in the center, with easy access around the city. We had a wonderful time. The showers were a bit temperamental, one flooded and the other had a bad door. We also had to ask for an ironing board and a dustpan and brush. Apart from that, it was lovely.

The owner was amazingly friendly and spoke fluent English, and I was really impressed with the modern design. The price was amazing for what I got. I loved staying here and only wish I'd had more time. It's perfectly placed for exploring Malaga, close to the museum, cathedral, beach, restaurants, and everything else.

From my south-facing balcony, I could look out over the Picasso Museum, a beautiful medieval tower on the left, and an ornate church on the right. Down on the paved street were trendy cafes, with hugely talented and varied street musicians passing through during the day. Inside, the decor was tasteful and contemporary, everything was spotless and in pristine condition, and it had all the mod cons. There was also a private seating and sun lounge area off the bedroom. The staff were wonderful. It's an ideal base for the major sights, all within minutes on foot: La Manquita, the Alcazaba, Plaza de la Merced, Gibralfaro Castle, and the main shopping area of Marqués de Larios. Top class, highly recommended.
