A complete failure as a place to stay. The terms and conditions have so much fine print that it's impossible to read it all up front. There's a minimum age, an overpriced deposit, and dealing with customer service was unbearable. Be careful before booking this accommodation.

BE CAREFUL!!! If you're under 35, they won't confirm your booking and they WON'T give your money back!!!!

⚠️⚠️SCAM!!!⚠️⚠️ We booked two nights ahead through Booking.com, and after the booking was confirmed they asked for a €450 deposit. That seemed very strange, so we went to the address on the booking. It gave a street name but no building number. After searching around and reading reviews from other people who say they were scammed, we confirmed the building was completely closed. Booking.com still hasn't refunded us, which I find disrespectful from a platform that's supposed to be “trustworthy.”

⚠️ SCAM and complete abandonment by customer service! I prepaid through Booking.com for an apartment managed by Boutique Collection Uncibay / DELSA VACATIONAL SERVICES SL. Only after payment did they tell me about an absurd minimum age of 35, which had never been mentioned before booking. They won't let us stay or return my money, and they aren't responding to calls or emails. This is abusive and fraudulent. I'm already taking legal action. Beware!

⚠️SCAM!!⚠️ We were nine responsible friends, all over 30, but found out only when trying to confirm our booking that guests had to be 35. That restriction wasn't clearly shown while booking and appeared only after we'd paid. To me, that's outright deception. The owner refused to make an exception, and we were left with neither a refund nor another option. We lost €727 over what was a human error that had never been clearly explained to us. They also charge extra for arrivals after 8 pm, which felt ridiculous and out of line. There was no empathy or common sense in how we were treated. They kept our money instead of trying to sort out the misunderstanding or offer compensation. The terms aren't transparent, and it feels like they use customers' mistakes to take more money. We feel completely deceived and ripped off. I strongly advise against booking this place. It's a disgrace and a waste of time and money.
