The location was good, but the apartment was in awful condition. There was black mold, and the furniture was dirty, worn out, and broken, despite being advertised as new and luxurious. When we raised the problems, the host didn't apologize. They said it was just our opinion and that we could leave. There are quite a few negative reviews here and on Airbnb, too. Dear Maria, Google reviews should be honest. After my bad review, your brother Chema left a five-star rating, which I find unacceptable. The apartment description feels false, and this borders on fraud.

We chose this centrally located apartment partly because parking was offered, but that didn't work out. We told them on arrival in Malaga that we had a car and were directed to the CAMAS parking garage, which the booking confirmation said had a discount. At checkout, we found we owed €50 for one day and 17 hours. When we called the person who checked us in, they said there was a guest parking lot but they'd forgotten to tell us about it. The booking was advertised in bold and color at €99, yet came to €170. For that price, I'd recommend a better hotel or another apartment. We also had no internet for one of our two days. It was the first apartment I'd seen without a kitchen. There's a bar right by the entrance and elevator, with its restrooms there too. With the noise and people hanging around, coming back to the apartment wasn't pleasant, and the possibility of people lingering by the building stairs made us feel unsafe. Honestly, we didn't have a good stay, and we're very sorry about that.

The young man who checked me in was attentive and helpful. The apartment's in a great spot, though the bathroom is much too small.
