We messaged several times to say we'd be arriving late, but they gave our room to someone else and only told us today. They said a famous person had booked it. Absolutely ridiculous, and completely unprofessional. I've traveled for three years and never had a place behave like this. A room became available at 5:30 am, and they offered it to us for the full price even though we'd only use it for six hours. They said they'd given our room to a famous lady who needed capsules. We were so tired we paid. Checkout was at noon, but they started cleaning very loudly around 10, despite signs all over asking people to be quiet. A terrible experience. There are lots of other places to stay, so I'd avoid this one.

The room temperature was just right when we visited in April, pleasantly cooler inside than out, and I imagine that'd be especially welcome in summer. My sister and I had a great stay at Futurotel Malaga. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The central location made getting around easy. We could walk to the beach, and the train and bus stations were close for trips beyond Málaga. It was convenient to bring our own food and keep it in the fridge, and there are vending machines for snacks, coffee, and other things. The hotel has lots of useful facilities. I'd happily recommend it and stay again, either in Málaga or at one of their other locations.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. The futuristic theme of the space was fun, and there’s a pharmacy and Carrefour nearby for picking up jamon, bread, fruit, and other food to eat in the common area. It was easy on the budget, comfortable, and clean. People of all ages came from all over the world. The staff worked around the clock to keep the place tidy and were helpful.

Shirley at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and thanks to her I got to eat my way around Málaga. The amenities were fun, and the location was excellent. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Absolutely lovely, I'll be back for sure.

The place was clean and had great facilities, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Antonio especially is a real asset to the team. Amazing location. I'd definitely book again, 10/10 🙌
