From the start, everything about our hotel booking went smoothly. Amal was especially kind and helpful, and her warm smile made the experience even nicer. We had no complications at all. Many thanks!

The host communication was perfect, they replied super quickly. The area was really quiet and close to the center, and I had my best night's sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

My parents' holiday was ruined, and we ended up booking flights home. When I contacted the property to explain what we found, they said they wouldn't refund me. I'd arrived to find a naked man outside shouting and taking drugs, with lots of homeless people fighting and yelling nearby. I felt the place was very unsafe. Please avoid this property.

Getting to the heart of the city was easy from this convenient spot. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the service was friendly and quick.

If saving money and staying near the center are your priorities, this could work well. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location was the problem for me. Just a few blocks away it feels pleasant and touristy, but the street here felt dirty and unsafe. I'm comfortable in less affluent areas, but this one gave me a bad feeling. Our other hotel canceled at the last minute, so we wound up here. For a relaxed-feeling vacation, I wouldn't choose it.
