Cristine Bedfor Malaga Boutique Hotel

The room was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was amazing. The hotel’s design is beautiful, right down to the entrance, and it has a wonderful ambiance. Being in the city center made it easy to get around on foot and enjoy the city. Pedro, one of the waiters, deserves a special mention. He was consistently professional, polite, and friendly. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The food was tasty, but I expected better management and organization from a place at this level. On Friday evening, the restaurant was severely understaffed. One staff member was trying to cover the tables, the bar, and bringing food out from the kitchen outside the restaurant. He did his best, but we still waited about 30-40 minutes even for water or drinks. The chef had to come out to serve food and help, too. One person just couldn’t manage the whole restaurant.

A big thank you to everyone at Cristine Bedfor for taking such good care of us. The room was gorgeous, restaurant service impeccable, and breakfast perfectly delicious. We came to Cristine Bedfor in September 2025, our first time in Malaga, and had planned the trip a bit last minute. We leaned a lot on the concierge for ideas, and all the staff were helpful and accommodating, with great suggestions for things to do nearby. We rented a car and needed to park it in a garage. Lourdes, our wonderful concierge, met us and helped us through the whole process. The hotel looked just as impressive in person as in the photos, especially the design details. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and the shared spaces were impressive too. The central location meant most things we wanted to see or do in Malaga were a 5 minute walk away, or at most 10 minutes. We were traveling with our 8 month old baby, and the staff arranged an incredible babysitter so we could have dinner in the evenings. We felt comfortable knowing the attentive hotel team was there. They made all of us feel like family before we left. I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough!
