The office was easy to reach on WhatsApp and gave impeccable help before and during our stay. The apartment was quiet and well ventilated, even without a panoramic view. It’s modern, very clean, and has two bedrooms; the bathroom has no window but works well and is well maintained. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Piazza della Mercé, right in the center and convenient for exploring on foot. I booked through Booking.com, and the apartment fully met my expectations. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a handy location!

APARTMENT PLAZA DEL TEATRO I was a beautiful place, and the interior designers did an excellent job with the renovation. That was its only saving grace when it first opened. We stayed for 9 days, and the upkeep was appalling, with deterioration everywhere. The closet doors didn’t work, there was hardly any kitchenware, and we had to buy basic cleaning supplies ourselves. Nothing was replenished, and they didn’t change the sheets. We had to ask for fresh sheets and clean towels, which they brought in the afternoon. The sofa bed mattress was wrecked, and one mattress had no cover. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and terrace were terribly neglected. The range hood and windows were greasy, and lights were missing and hadn’t been installed. The terrace door wouldn’t close properly, and street noise at night was unbearable. It’s a shame a lovely apartment is left without anyone checking its condition, especially at such a high price. I’ll never rent from this company again.

The location couldn’t be beaten, and everything else was great.
