Magnificent Apartment Located in the Center of Malaga Picasso I

We could barely sleep because the windows wouldn’t shut properly. It was drafty and noisy all night, and there was very little comfort. The apartment looked nothing like the online photos or description. Inside, the place was dirty and neglected, with mold everywhere. There was even a hole in the kitchen ceiling, apparently left by an unfinished plumbing repair. When we reported these problems, customer service was rude, indifferent, and no help at all. We were left to handle everything ourselves, and nobody seemed to care. This is unacceptable and shouldn’t be rented in this condition. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We walked to Malagueta beach every day, about 25 minutes away, along a lovely route through the old town and marina. The main shopping streets were close, which was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. There were great restaurants and bars in the square and nearby too. The rooms were very spacious, especially the main bedroom with its en-suite. A few bits are worn, but that doesn’t change the apartment’s overall feel or presentation. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I spent the Christmas period in Room 2 Constitution Square Malaga. The bathroom’s cold tap didn’t work, the shower tap kept running, and there seemed to be an insect problem. I put up with that at first, but on day three the toilet stopped flushing. I messaged on WhatsApp four times. The messages were read, but nobody replied. The 24/7 emergency number also went unanswered. I eventually found another number through Google and someone came out, but the toilet still didn’t work. I contacted the company again on WhatsApp and got a “Sorry,” with no help offered. I complained through my booking agent, but I Loft declined to apologize or refund me. I was left without a working toilet for 48 hours, which is a health and safety issue. The emergency number and customer support were useless. The staff and company are a joke, and they don’t care once they have your money. The properties aren’t maintained, and the photos don’t reflect what you get. Please don’t use this company. They’re cowboys!!!!!

We had a fantastic two weeks here with our daughter, son-in-law, and baby grandson. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone, and the beds were so comfortable that we all slept really well. The kitchen and laundry room worked perfectly for us. The apartment is in a great spot for the beach and the lovely Malagueta area, with local bars, gastro food, and fresh seafood restaurants all an easy walk away. The old part of the city is close too, about 15 minutes through the tunnel. The service and communication from the team were first class, and they replied quickly. We’d definitely stay again if we visit as a family. For anyone staying a week or two, a couple of beach chairs and a sun umbrella would be handy. A few more pans and utensils could also help families who like to cook for themselves, though those are very minor suggestions. Best regards, Nigel & Family.
