We were close enough to the old town that everything was walkable, and the rooftop bar was a highlight. Staff were friendly, especially the young man working at breakfast in the bar. Breakfast was okay, though I'd have liked more options.

I couldn't get a single hour of sleep here. All day and all night, noise carries through the alley, and when a drunk group walks past, it's like they're shouting right next to your ears. I raised it with the front desk, but they just shrugged it off. The service and sleep were an absolute nightmare, and this is the worst place I've stayed so far. Don't stay here.

The location was good, and the staff were helpful and keen to assist. But the mattress was deeply sagged in the middle and very uncomfortable. There was no fridge or minibar in the room. We were given a bottle of corked wine without a corkscrew, which rather defeated the point. The busy street also meant noisy nights and very little privacy.

This was our third stay, and it will be the last. The bar and restaurant seemed to be open only for breakfast, but when we returned that evening, the bar was open. We were told it was a private event and directed to the rooftop bar, where we were also turned away because of a private event. I asked for the manager, who confirmed that was the situation. I explained that we'd returned because our first two stays had been different from what we were experiencing now. Instead of feeling welcome as returning guests, we felt like an inconvenience. Very poor customer service. We won't be back. To the young manager: we may be older than the people at the private functions, but we were still your clients.
