The hot water barely lasted. It was only lukewarm for the first shower, then cold by the time the fourth person went in. We messaged the owner about that and the other problems, but got no reply. We'd booked for nine, which matched the advertised capacity, yet arrived at 2am to find one bed unmade. After a long trip, we had to make it ourselves. The supposed double bed also seemed much too small, as the attached photo shows. There was a lot of noise at night, so sleeping was difficult. I wouldn't recommend this unless you're planning to party late and come back once things are quiet. Even with a group, don't count on everyone getting a hot shower.

Getting in touch with the property during our stay was virtually impossible, and we were left with no help or solutions. The apartment also fell short on basic cleanliness. The sheets were stained, and every towel had such a strong musty smell that it lingered on our bodies after use. They need a much more thorough wash or replacing; as they were, they weren't fit to use. The worst part started on day one: cockroaches, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. We killed about 20 small ones every day, which was horrible. Apparently it's been going on for months, and nothing is being done to fix it. We wouldn't recommend staying here in its current state.

It was handy for going out to eat or have drinks, and close to everything, though the beach is a bit far. Some rooms let in a lot of light because they had no curtains or blinds, and a few kitchen items were missing.

Julián changed the location when we checked in, and the building looked like a set from the TV series "Cuéntame." The apartment had dampness, and getting up to the second floor with a baby stroller and luggage was a problem since there's no elevator. Julián didn't respond to messages. I wouldn't recommend booking here.
