Residencia Universitaria Balcón del Romeral

I was very happy with my stay at the Residence. I felt grateful to the friendly staff, especially the attentive and helpful people in the dining room, laundry, and cleaning. I have nothing but thanks for them.

The shared spaces and bathrooms are consistently very clean, and it's easy to find your way around. There's parking quite close by, and the reception team were fantastic. I'll definitely return. My only gripe is how noisy the room doors are. When lots of people are coming and going, it gets annoying. Otherwise, everything was great.

At Balcón del Romeral, I found much more than somewhere to live. It became a real home, and the time I spent there will always mean a lot to me. I was lucky to share that period with wonderful friends and felt cared for and supported throughout. I always had what I needed, from food and clean clothes to well-kept spaces. Above all, the people were attentive, friendly, and truly caring. Their affection gave me the chance to focus on learning, growing, and enjoying such an important time in my life. Balcón del Romeral will always be special to me, full of wonderful memories. Thank you to the whole team.

The room was small and poorly maintained, and it was clear the place hadn't been painted in years. There were stickers and bits of old posters behind the doors, plus graffiti on the wardrobe doors. The sheets were awful, pilling and rough enough to exfoliate your skin. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted because the remote was broken. Noise made it really hard to sleep. You could hear everything through the paper-thin walls and doors, and the doors themselves were loud. The cleaning staff moved my personal things, so they weren't where I'd left them. Then one afternoon, while I was napping, maintenance came into my room without knocking. Zero professionalism. It's a very shabby student residence. I wouldn't stay here again or let my children live here as students. It's clear they haven't painted in years, with stickers and poster scraps behind the doors and graffiti on the wardrobe doors. The air conditioning remote was broken, so you couldn't adjust it. The sheets were terrible, rough and covered in pills, and the cleaning staff had moved my belongings. Maintenance even walked in while I was napping without knocking. I would not return or let my children live here. Zero professionalism.
