The sanitary facilities aren’t adequate, and the place is much too small for 12 people. I’d say it works for 8 at most.

We were 11, but this apartment is really only suitable for around 4 or 5. Those of us sleeping upstairs couldn’t stand upright, the trundle bed was uncomfortable, and using the stairs was a real ordeal. There wasn’t even a bathroom door. I’d never stay here again.
