In tourism and hospitality, complimentary services or products are things provided to customers at no charge. Examples include a fridge for cooling, free Wi-Fi, complimentary room service, or an upgrade to a higher room category without extra cost.

The price is very affordable, and the staff are very helpful. The location is great, right by the beach and train station, and very close to the city center.

During our cycling trip, we chose to stay at the Blue Spot. The staff were kind and attentive, and helped us with our bikes. We got a top-floor room, where the morning view and sunrise were magnificent. It was worth the price, and the stay was an excellent experience.

The room was simple but comfortable, and the property was clean and quiet. Staff were attentive and friendly. The location is great, with both the beach and train station very close.

It’s simple rather than luxurious, but it has the basics and felt really quiet. The place was clean, smelled fresh, and the man serving us was polite and attentive. I’d recommend it if you’re on your own or with a partner and want some peace.
