Tabaiba Princess Hotel

The hotel is clean and calm, with beautiful, well-maintained facilities. Our room was especially comfortable and spotless, and room service worked well. Staff were friendly and professional. The area is quiet, which may suit some guests, though it's a bit far from both the city centre and the beach. Food was the main disappointment. Most dishes were bland, and the premixed drinks from the taps were much too sweet for us, although the drink selection and bar service were very good. Some other guests behaved badly, particularly some British tourists. That's not entirely the hotel's fault, but more effort to maintain order and atmosphere could help. There was a hand sanitizer station at the restaurant entrance, but hardly anyone used it. More encouragement around hygiene would be appreciated. Overall, a clean, functional place with good service, but the food and atmosphere need work.

Our rooms were always spotless and the beds comfortable, but we could hear every movement from the kids next door. The location wasn't great, with little nearby. We were there for four days, and the food was okay with quite a lot of choice. We upgraded our silver bands to gold because the drinks selection on silver was poor and tasted awful; gold was much better by miles. The bar staff at Tabaiba Princess weren't much fun, while the sister hotel next door was friendlier and the place to go. Probably wouldn't return.

The animation team deserves a special thank you. They worked 100% and kept us entertained, and the other staff were helpful and polite, though visibly tired. The hotel was clean, which mattered a lot to us, and everything felt close and easy to reach. There was plenty of food in the main restaurant and snack bars, but some labels were wrong. A dish marked tuna turned out to be pork, so as we don't eat pork we had to judge food by how it looked instead. We stayed in a renovated superior standart room (Vital). The beds were comfortable and housekeeping very good, although the room already showed some wear. The hotel calls itself four-star, and overall I'd say it deserves that rating. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We had a great mix of couples and families, excellent facilities and plenty of staff. The food was great too, with enough choice to suit different needs and tastes. The location makes it easy to get to the beach, and the golf course is a five-minute walk away. Highly recommend.
