Las Pérgolas Apartments are an independent apartment complex located in the Son Parc Urbanization, a maximum distance of 5 minutes walk to the wonderful Arenal de Son Saura and less than 2 km from the only Golf on the island. Son Parc Beach is one of the prettiest and most virgins in the whole north of the island, with direct access to Camí de Cavalls that will discover several virgin coves. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining room, full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and all with balconies or terrace.
It has two community pools, a children's play area in the garden and a children's pool. Ideal for a holiday with family and friends!
Above the beach you will find a restaurant with fantastic views, where you can enjoy from a summer breakfast to a romantic sunset.

The only thing that would keep us from coming back is the front door. It’s made of slats, with gaps between them and around the frame, and mosquitoes got in every day. We had plug-in repellents in both bedrooms and the air conditioning running day and night, but still had several mosquitoes each day. One of us reacts badly to bites. All the units seemed to have the same kind of door, so moving wasn’t an option, and we didn’t report it. If the doors were replaced, we’d definitely book again. The rest of the apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, a large fridge and good-sized freezer compartment, air conditioning throughout, and good WiFi included. There’s designated parking, a lovely sea view from the balcony, and the pool area was clean and quiet. Having the pool right outside was great for the kids, who are 10 and 12. We were often the only ones there, and they loved that. It’s a good self-catering base in a relaxed spot. Even in August it felt calm, and the facilities were great.

The food was okay, and the staff were helpful. It’s a nice place for a meal or a drink, very close to the beach, with good views of the shore, the surrounding area, and the sea.

The terrace looking out over the pool was the best part for me. The staff are very polite and attentive to what you need, and the apartment works well for spending a few days on the island.

We got a wonderful welcome, and the sea-view rooms are incredible. The bedding could be better quality, and some of the furnishings are a bit worn. It’s a quiet, secluded place that suits people who love nature. You’ll need to travel a few kilometers to get around the island, and it’s not somewhere to come if you want to party. That quiet setting was exactly what I wanted, though, so I loved it.
