Apartamentos Turísticos Ceres

Tania was waiting for us at the door and was very friendly. She showed us around and gave us tips on where to go and eat. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, and breakfast was varied, with oil, tomato, jam, butter, pastries, coffee capsules, milk, and more. It’s 20 minutes from the city center, in a lively area during the day that gets quiet at night. An exceptional apartment.

Laura, the hostess, provided excellent service before, during, and after our stay, and they left enough breakfast for two days. The place was clean and tidy. I recommend it if you’re visiting Mérida, though it’s two kilometers from the center.

Tania’s service was wonderful, although I also dealt with two other people. The apartment is very spacious and was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioning works properly, it’s fully equipped, and the included breakfast is very complete. It’s a 20-minute walk from the center. I plan to recommend it to family and friends.

The place itself was fairly clean and had practically everything needed, but the management was terrible. I’m still waiting for both the reservation confirmation email and the invoice. Without them, I didn’t know the check-in or check-out times, arrived in the city unsure where I’d be staying, and had to work around the owner’s schedule even more than usual. They said it was a holiday and that was why they couldn’t send the documents. I didn’t know accommodations stopped taking reservations on holidays. When I arrived, the washing machine was running, which didn’t make a great impression either. The location also pretty much means taking the car to see the city center, and on average it costs more than other places I’ve stayed in the center.
