We had to cancel our booking because of an unexpected medical situation. After we provided the documents, they kindly waived the cancellation fee, which we really appreciated. I can’t comment on the rooms or location, but the service and communication were great. We plan to book again when we get the chance.

The rooms are spacious and nice, but there wasn’t any drinking water provided, not even for the first night. That was really disappointing. I won’t be back.

The staff were lovely throughout, from reception to the restaurant, bar, and pool, and our room was clean and attractive. We were very pleased with most of our stay. New Year’s Eve was the letdown, especially for the children. There was a menu to order from instead of a buffet, and too few restaurant staff. Our children got tired waiting so long for food and ended up hungry, which became a serious problem for our three families. The atmosphere was warm, though, and having a DJ helped, since otherwise the evening would have been dull. We’d recommend the hotel, but the New Year’s Eve setup needs to work better for both guests and staff.

We usually avoid big hotels, but this one suited us really well. Our apartment had enough room for three adults and a child, with a great view from a balcony we enjoyed sitting on. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare several meals ourselves. The pool was heated, clean, and peaceful even when the hotel was full. Pool towels could be rented, and the pool attendant kept an eye on everyone and had lots of swimming toys around. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There’s hotel parking for €25 a week. We had a car, but the bus stop is only five minutes away if you’d rather travel that way. We’ll definitely come back.
