The roof terrace is a real highlight, with lovely sea views, and the location is excellent, close to the beach, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Inside, the apartment was comfortable and had good equipment, though its layout felt odd, with rooms at opposite ends of a long corridor. There was only one outside window, in the bedroom. It was fine overall and decent value.

I had to spend the night in an apartment that hadn't been cleaned properly, with the rubbish still in both bins and insects throughout the place. I contacted the customer service manager, but she didn't resolve anything or arrange for the waste to be removed, even though there was enough time to clean that afternoon. I was left to sleep in those unsanitary conditions with no way to fix the situation.

Beach, restaurants and other services are all right nearby, which suited us because we like a quiet town atmosphere. The apartments are in a central spot in Arguineguin on Gran Canaria, with a high standard and friendly service. Wi-Fi was great, and the air conditioning worked well. Recommended.

The price was good, and the apartment itself was lovely and clean. I did miss having a toaster, and the jacuzzi wasn't working, but otherwise everything was great.

It lived up to what we expected and turned out to be a very good experience.
