We were promised a room suitable for children, but it was nowhere near that. The rooms were dirty and run down, and the kitchen had nothing in it. The staff were rude and unhelpful when we wanted to leave early, and they seemed too greedy to help. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Really friendly and helpful people, and a great place to stay. There’s a shop and bakery on site, plus air conditioning in the rooms, private balconies, and pools.

The views are worth it, but getting to the top meant taking five lifts. There are just too many lifts. Still, it’s a brilliant place to stay.

Great views and close to the centre, but the rooms had ants. I reported them four times. I also found cockroaches in the hallways and reported those twice. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom, and the place badly needs updating. For the extra hundreds of pounds, it wasn’t worth it compared with the other rooms there.

It’s peaceful here, though a little farther from the main strip. The big balcony is great for sunbathing, and the rooms have air conditioning and a separate kitchen with all the modern conveniences. There are lots of pools to use. The rooftop one is quieter, since the main pool gets very busy with families.
