The rooms are clean, with a small TV and a renovated bathroom. In August, a double room costs €50, compared with €60 on Booking.com, so it’s worth contacting the owner directly. He’s very friendly. The guesthouse is handy as a base for exploring the area and has parking, though it’s right on the main road and you can hear the traffic. The bar is closed, and you’ll need a car to reach another one. There’s a new Mercadona nearby.

The wife of the owner, who handles room service, kept slamming doors and making noise. At 11:59 she knocked on my door so hard I thought she was going to break it down. I found her rude when I saw her outside, and even her saying hello feels unpleasant. If you have another option, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We chose it because the restaurant for the wedding we were attending was just a six-minute walk away, and the location worked perfectly for us. The rooms were very clean and suitable for people with reduced mobility. The owner and his wife were both kind and helpful. A great choice!

It’s a little way outside the city, but I felt at home there. The room was great, the price was very good, and the service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Food and breakfast options were all closed, and the value for money was really poor. The floor was wet and slippery. Being right beside the road also made it very noisy from 5:00 AM onward.
