We couldn't sleep at all because the room was so noisy. There was no one at reception overnight, so we couldn't raise it at the time. When we realized we'd got one day's itinerary wrong, we asked about leaving a day early and she said that was fine. Later the manager said a refund wasn't possible. That's fine, but why agree at first? When we brought up the problem, the manager literally screamed at us. With that temperament, this woman shouldn't manage a hotel. The place is super expensive, so it felt like a waste of money. There was also confusion about breakfast. We were told to come between 8 and 10, that it wasn't included, but that we could show up and pay. When we did, the manager acted strangely and said we hadn't booked. We reminded her that we'd been told we could just come. She was already being really weird with us then. This place clearly hates foreigners.

We stayed here while skiing in Dec21 and found it quaint and pleasant. The hotel is traditionally styled and attractive inside and out, the rooms are nice, and breakfast is good. What really stands out is how friendly the managers and staff are and the level of customer service. Besiberri is a 10/10 for that, and we'll definitely stay again and again.

I've been coming back to this place in Baqueira for more than 25 years. Its central spot puts you near some excellent restaurants, and it works well for families, friends, or a romantic break. What makes it feel so welcoming is the Sanjuan family, especially Eva and Manolo. They're attentive and do everything they can for their guests. Breakfast is a highlight too, with lots of high-quality products and a big smile every morning.
