It’s a small but perfectly good apartment for two people for a couple of nights. The building is very quiet, on the edge of the city, with easy free street parking nearby. You can get to the bus for the AVE station easily, and the old city is about a 15-minute walk. I’d seen a review criticizing the cleanliness, but we found it quite clean. Some dust had gathered on the window frames and the wall mounted entry system, and it could use a fresh coat of paint. Cleaning could be more hotel thorough, especially along skirting boards, door tops and frames, window frames, light shades and other ledges where dust settles.

The owners were fantastic, attentive and ready to help, with useful suggestions for seeing the city and making the most of our visit. Everything about the stay felt easy and pleasant, and the service was excellent. We were very grateful and would gladly repeat the experience. The apartment itself is new, comfortable, very clean and has everything you need. There’s free parking nearby, and the aqueduct’s starting point is just three minutes away. From there, it’s a short, pleasant walk along the aqueduct to the tourist center. Excellent value for money.

The hosts are friendly and happy to suggest sights and restaurants, and there’s easy parking on the same street. The apartments seem practically brand new, with all the appliances and kitchenware needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the aqueduct, and there’s a bus stop 50 meters away. The only possible drawback was that the apartment didn’t get a thorough clean, perhaps because of the short time between guests.

We were very comfortable in the apartment over Easter. It’s centrally located and super comfortable. Javier and Carlos both provided excellent service. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
