The loft is comfortable, has a well-equipped kitchen, and comes with a garage right beside it that you can access through a door. It's in a quiet, central area, very well placed for a few days or a holiday in Hondarribia. I'm giving it a low rating because a few things need attention. When we took the sheets off, we found stains all over the mattress cover. After check-in, I let them know the coffee maker was leaking water, just so they were aware, but no one replied. Leaving was also difficult: the app for opening the garage door didn't work. I called a couple of times and sent messages, with no answer. I called again in the end, and they picked up and resolved everything.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the loft feels unwelcoming and needs some improvements to its look and functionality.

The neighborhood was great, and the place felt cozy and practical. A few things need attention, though: the large fridge didn't cool, the induction hob was broken, the microwave door stuck, and the kitchen faucet wasn't secure. The shower cable was broken too, and the bathroom could use towel racks and hooks. We also missed having dishes, glasses, and cutlery.

We’ll definitely come back. The apartment was lovely, with a large pool and direct access from the garage. It’s in a really quiet area, yet only a short walk from the center of Hondarribia. Definitely recommend it.

Our plans changed at the last minute, so we never made it to Hondarribia. Eva was attentive to the reservation the whole time and gave me all the information I asked for.
