There was a bed bug infestation, and the customer service was terrible. They didn’t apologize, denied responsibility, and our luggage wasn’t ready when we went to pick it up. We had to pay for a taxi to have it delivered.

I saw bed bugs in the room during the day, so I left right away and told the owner. The administrator yelled at me, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’m extremely upset that this hasn’t been resolved, even 15 days after my reservation.

The rooms are clean and nice, the beds are good, and the staff are wonderful. The problem is the bathrooms: they’re shared by more than seven people, and each is a regular house bathroom with just one shower and no separate stalls. Finding a time to shower in the morning is difficult.

There’s only one shower per floor, and nowhere to dry clothes. The bathroom also has no soap or shampoo, even though this isn’t an albergue.

The location is good, and the lady was kind and very helpful. She suggested some restaurants for us. The room had no desk, and the toilet and bathroom are shared by four rooms, which wasn’t convenient. Sharing just the bathroom would have been more acceptable.
