We had a pleasant stay, and the apartment was nice in a perfect spot. A few things could be sorted out easily: the kitchen cutlery and cups were dirty, the sofa had stains, and there was only one water glass. The hot water was gone after the first shower. The heating control was also unreliable, and changing the temperature changed the TV volume too.

The price felt fair for what we got. It was clean and accessible, with toiletries provided, a well-equipped kitchen, and heating that worked perfectly. I'd recommend it.

The location and apartment size were good, but we spent over six hours cleaning just to make the place decent for the week. We stayed for a week in August, and it had been handed over filthy: dirty bathrooms, a greasy kitchen, unmade beds, and a dirty fridge. We reported it to the person who came to inspect things, and nothing was done. Maintenance seemed nonexistent. The air conditioners looked uncleaned and unmaintained, which may explain why other reviews say they don't work. As others have mentioned, reaching the receptionist was impossible.

The location is the best thing about these apartments. We've stayed with our family for five years, usually three times a year and often for more than a week in summer, but things have gone downhill over the past year. The top apartments at the main staircase are the only ones worth it. This last time we were in a dirty ground-floor unit on the left. It had no shower gel, detergent, dish soap, or even a broom, and we couldn't get in until 5 pm, two hours late. Service is terrible, there's little organization, and communication with the new staff is difficult. The apartments aren't properly equipped or cleaned. There's a stain on the ceiling that looks like a spilled drink, and white stains on the living room cushions from who knows what. Prices have gone up without improvements, so it doesn't feel worth the money. A real disappointment.
