The rooms look quaint, but mine smelled musty and of sewer, and the rubber mattress was very uncomfortable. There was only one pillow, though I did find some spare blankets, and the window hinge was broken. The hotel is charming, just off the Camino, with friendly, helpful staff and a serene dining area. Food was good, too. Keep in mind that town is about a 45-minute walk away, or a 7€ taxi ride. I was surprised that buying anything to eat or drink required an 18€ minimum, since I had prepaid my meals through Santiago Ways. I only wanted a couple of glasses of wine in the afternoon.

Charming and welcoming, with a refreshing feel in the Galician countryside. I had a great stay during my Camino days and highly recommend it.

Our server Nenson at the overpriced restaurant was attentive and kind, the one thing that made this stay worthwhile. The front desk staff seemed not to care that guests were there. We picked this place hoping for a restful Camino night, but the thin walls let through every cough and conversation, even noises from the neighboring bathroom, and we could barely sleep. The mattresses were very thin and the sheets felt as cheap as possible. The exterior looks nice, but the rooms are bare bones. With no restaurants or supermarkets within a mile or two, you're pretty much stuck here. I can't understand the 4.4 stars on Google maps. Take my advice and don't spend your time or money here.

The location is right on the Camino, which is good, but the room was basic, with thin rubber mattresses and walls that made it feel like the people next door were in the room with me. When I arrived, the service felt unwelcoming, as if nobody could be bothered. Things improved at dinner, where the staff were polite and attentive.
