We’ve stayed here with our dogs and they’ve always been welcome. The secure garage is reassuring, and the hotel is consistently clean with friendly service. We love it.

This is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but it’s nowhere near that. The place feels tired and isn’t well maintained. When we arrived, the lifts from the underground car park weren’t working, so we had four flights of stairs to manage. I can’t recommend it.

Getting here by car was easy, and there’s parking underneath the building. The reception staff were very good, and the whole process was efficient. Excellent location.

The reception staff were friendly and polite, but I can’t see how this is a 4 star hotel. Our room was very small and dark.

We stayed here a couple of years ago after being told it was suitable for disabled guests, but that wasn’t true at all. Getting in and out of the parking area was difficult. The cafeteria was up a flight of open stairs, or you had to go through the kitchen. We asked for a room next to the lift, not a disabled room, but they put us in one at the end of a long corridor. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly either. The manager offered compensation, but it wasn’t good enough. We wouldn’t risk staying here again.
